In today’s world , its quiet easy to get people to work from almost any part of the planet. Most companies that have a global presence adopt such a policy where they recruit such talents from every part of the world. This leads to a diversification in team management and each and every segment of the organization starts having different manager. But these managers or source of command need to be managed from one single point and at this point companies feel the importance of conference call.

Conference call has made daily operations easier not only in the larger scale but even the companies that are managed locally have gained a huge benefit from implementing conference calls in the offices. This is for sure that you cannot have everyone at same place everytime , so conference calls have gained a huge popularity since its invention. Even in the age of Internet , when technologies like VOIP and web conferencing have made things cheaper, conference calls are still going head to head with them.

Normally, conference call is divided into two different types - First, where a person is joined with the discussion and can have talk to other peers and the second where he is joined in the discussion but cannot have his say or talk to other participants of the discussion. Both types have a significant importance and first one is important in having a meeting with people present in remote places whereas second is useful in giving news and updates.

The most important benefit of Conference call is the people do not need to travel to places for meetings, they can join it right from the place they are present. This dramatically decreases the cost by saving time and energy.

Conference calls helps in reducing operational cost and increase efficiency. Most companies try to reduces their cost while increasing revenues and this is where conference calls comes handy. Conference calls eliminates the costs of traveling of an employee who would have to travel in other cases. Conference calls does not only reduces financial burden but it also saves lot of time which can be used in other activities. Conference calls not only saves time but also increases the speed by which a meeting or a conference is operated. Technically , conference calls provide many features for a meeting like managing clients, recording calls and more.

Conference call is one of the main important part of any company that has a large presence or wants to save time and money in holding conferences . It has become a part of everyday life.
