Let me tell you an incident.
One of my friend is a really good Internet marketer and a blogger. He has over 3 thousands rss subscribers in his blog. And he earned more than 10000 USD every month from Internet marketing. He thought of writing an e-book on Internet marketing for his blog readers. He finished writing and ordered the designers from a site designer.
